The upgrade utility has certain requirements as listed below.

• Only licensed software with a current software subscription can be upgraded.
• The license file ("AshWareComputerKey.ack") must be received by ASH WARE prior to the date on which the upgrade utility was built.
• Your software subscription must be current at the time the upgrade utility was built. (You may request that the upgrade utility be re-posted using the information from your renewed software subscription.)
• The date the upgrade utility is run must be earlier than the expiration date of your software subscription as recorded at the time that the upgrade utility was built.
• Only ASH WARE software received after June 1998 can be upgraded using this utility.
