TIES THE SOFTWARE LICENSE TO A PHYSICAL DEVICE (DONGLE) THAT ATTACHES TO THE COMPUTER'S USB PORT. SOFTWARE LICENSES CAN BE MORE EASILY TRANSFERRED BETWEEN COMPUTERS. MUST BE PAIRED WITH A SOFTWARE LICENSE (OR LICENSES).

• A USB license dongle for use on all Windows OS versions that support USB.

• Paired with a node-locked license (or licenses) to make it easily portable.

• The license dongle must be plugged in to install and run ASH WARE software in fully functional mode.

• Only one license dongle may be plugged into a system at a time.

• Multiple ASH WARE software product licenses can be associated with a single dongle (e.g. ETEC eTPU/eTPU2 C Compiler and eTPU2 Stand-Alone Simulator).

• An individual software license may only be associated with ONE license dongle.

• Provides a portable licensing solution that allows users more flexibility in utilizing ASH WARE software tools.
